Captain's Office is the full TGI app on the website. Signed in with this same account you get TGI Admin there too: Society Approvals, Captain Changes, Card Approvals, Membership Checks, Promotions and Test access, plus your own societies.

QR payment requests
Players who pick "Request a QR code from TGI" message you on LINE or Messenger. Reply there with your QR, then accept them here once the money is in your account. QR memberships do not renew by themselves.
Cash paid to societies
Members who paid their Captain in cash. The society sends you the money by your QR (one at a time or one transfer a month) with the slip. Accept each member once it is in your account. Cash memberships do not renew by themselves.

Contact TGI messages are kept on each phone for now. They show here once they are saved to the TGI server; until then these are samples.
Renewals due
Memberships ending in the next 30 days, and those up to 14 days past (grace period, then the app locks member features). Card, Apple and Google renew by themselves. QR and cash members get reminders 30 and 7 days before; accept their payment here and the new year runs on from the old end date.
Captains
Each Captain has two numbers: their TGI player number and the Captain number for their society (TGS-0001 → TGI-CPT-0001). The Captain number passes to the new Captain at a handover.

Net is an estimate after Thai VAT (7%) and the store fee (15%) for App Store and Google Play, or the card fee for website payments.

The first computer you signed in on was approved automatically. A new computer or browser waits here until you approve it from an approved one.
Change password
This is the password of your TGI account, so it also changes your password in the TGI app.
