Run your society on TGI
Game days, entries, playing groups, live leaderboards and verified scores, all in one app. Captains use TGI free, and members pay ฿750 a year for every society they join.

Game day, start to finish
Game days and entries
Give each day a name, such as Noodles Day, and post the next games once. Members ask to play from their home page and you confirm them. Edit any part of any game day at any time.
Playing groups
Build the tee sheet, or let TGI make the groups. Shotgun starts get a starting tee per group.
Hole by hole scoring
Everyone scores on their own phone, or keeps their paper card as normal and scans it at the finish. Markers approve cards from a QR code with any phone camera.
TV leaderboard
Live leaderboard and results with countback on the TV at the bar.
AI Near Pin
One photo and the AI measures the ball to the edge of the hole, to the nearest centimetre. No photos? Enter the winners by hand.
Society chat
Notices from the Captain, society chat and private messages.
Game day report
After the game, tell members how it went and who played well, then send it to the app and your LINE group.
Sponsors
Show your sponsors on game days and hole sponsor boards.

AI Near Pin, to the nearest centimetre
Every par 3 is a near pin hole, and the Captain can add any other hole when setting up the day. No tape measure: one photo and the AI does the measuring.
- Open Near pin on the hole
Near pin holes show red on the scorecard. Pick the player from your group, or type a name. - Take one photo
Stand behind or beside the ball, with the ball and the whole hole in the picture. - The AI finds the hole and the ball
Red markers go on the edge of the hole and a blue marker on the ball. - Check and save
Tap Looks Right: Save Shot. If a marker is off, tap Place Them Myself and tap the edges and the ball.
How the AI measures the photo
Every golf hole is 108 mm across, so the hole itself is the ruler. The AI marks the left, right, back and front of the rim and the middle of the ball.
The width of the hole sets the scale across the photo. Because the camera looks down at an angle, the hole looks squashed from front to back, and that depth sets the scale into the photo. Together they correct for the camera angle.
TGI then measures from the ball to the edge of the hole, not the middle, and rounds it to the nearest centimetre, for example 87 cm to the edge of the hole.
Each player's best shot is ranked closest first on the near pin board and shown with the results on the TV.
No photo? Add the winners by hand
Some groups measure with a tape or just agree on the green. At the end of the game the Captain opens the game day's leaderboard, picks the prize from the list (Near Pin, Longest Drive or Closest Second Shot), then adds the hole, the winner and the distance.
The winners show with the results, on the TV and in the game day report.
Paper cards, read by AI
Players who keep a paper card, or whose phone runs flat, just photograph the card and the AI reads it.
What the AI does with the card
- Reads every hole for each player, pick-ups and the pars printed on the card
- Any number it can't read clearly, such as untidy handwriting, is highlighted in yellow for you to check and fill in
- Checks the hole scores add up to the total written on the card, and flags any difference
- Nothing is saved until every hole has been checked
Show the Leaderboard on a TV
Mirror your phone to the TV over Wi-Fi. Whatever TV Mode shows on the phone appears on the TV, and it updates live as scores come in.

How a society joins
- Register your society
In the TGI app: Home, then Add a Society. You become its Captain. - TGI approves it
Every society is checked by TGI and gets its own TGS number. - Name your officers
A Vice Captain and one administrator can run the society with you, also free. - Bring in your members
Email your members a personal invite with your society’s link, approve join requests, or add members by their TGI number.
Captains use TGI free

Society members pay ฿750 a year once you approve them, and one membership covers every society they join. Day fees stay with your society: players pay you on the day, as they do now.
Bring up to 4 guests to a game day, or up to 8 in the first 2 months after launch. TGI keeps each guest’s name and handicap. A guest plays free once, then joins TGI to play again.
When the Captain changes, you hand over in the app and TGI confirms it.
Invite your members by email
Send each member a personal email with your society’s own link. The link opens Join TGI with your society already filled in, so they join and pay on the website in about two minutes.
- Your society is picked for them, at the Society Silver Member rate of ฿750 a year
- Their name and email are filled in if you add them here
- You approve them in the app, then their membership starts
- They pay by card, or ask TGI for a QR code
Captains will also send invites straight from the TGI app.
